WAXWITCH Policies

  • If you are 10 or more minutes late for your appointment, your appointment is considered a no call/no show and you will have to reschedule.

  • If you contact me and I have time to see you, I will let you know. Otherwise, you have missed your appointment and I am under no obligation to perform your services.

  • WAXWITCH requires 24 hours to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Without this 24 hour notice, your appointment is considered a no call/no show.

  • After your first no call/no show, every following one will result in a fee totaling 50% of the service cost. This fee may be invoiced, charged immediately or added onto the tab at your next appointment. You will not be able to reschedule if this fee is not paid. I try very hard to value and honor the time allotted to you and I ask the same. A missed appointment could have gone to someone else who requested it. Emergencies and medical issues are exceptions. I know things can happen and I am pretty understanding until you take advantage. I am running a business and I need to be able to effectively manage my time. Please just be courteous and let me know if you cannot make it or need to change your appointment time.

  • After 3 no call/no show appointments, you will be asked to prepay for any services you book in the future.

  • Any special pricing or offers are stand-alone offers. They cannot be combined.

  • Packages are to be used in a reasonable amount of time. Please use your package of 4 within a 6 month period unless we have discussed an alternative plan.

  • No friends or third parties in the room unless I have granted permission.

  • Services may be refused or stopped if you have violated any of these policies or display inappropriate or abusive behavior.
