WAXWITCH Policies

  • If you are 10 or more minutes late for your appointment, your appointment is considered a no call/no show and you will have to reschedule.

  • If you contact me and I have time to see you, I will let you know. Otherwise, you have missed your appointment and I am under no obligation to perform your services.

  • WAXWITCH requires 24 hours to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Without this 24 hour notice, your appointment is considered a no call/no show.

  • A NO CALL/NO SHOW to your appointment will result in a $25 fee. This fee may be invoiced, charged immediately or added onto the tab at your next appointment. You will not be able to reschedule if this fee is not paid. I try very hard to value and honor the time allotted to you and I ask the same. A missed appointment could have gone to someone else who requested it. Emergencies and medical issues are exceptions. I know things can happen and I am pretty understanding until you take advantage. I am running a business and I need to be able to effectively manage my time. Please just be courteous and let me know if you cannot make it or need to change your appointment time.

  • After 3 no call/no show appointments, you will be asked to prepay for any services you book in the future.

  • Any special pricing or offers are stand-alone offers. They cannot be combined.

  • Packages are to be used in a reasonable amount of time. Please use your package of 4 within a 6 month period unless we have discussed an alternative plan.

  • No friends or third parties in the room unless I have granted permission.

  • Services may be refused or stopped if you have violated any of these policies or display inappropriate or abusive behavior.
